I didn't see the 1949 Version mentioned, with Susan Stranks as 11 year old Emmeline.

There is an obscurish Indonesian one claiming to be based off of the Blue Lagoon novel called
Pengantin Pantai Biru (1983). But the actors are 17/18 IIRC. Nonetheless, may be of interest...
Pengantin Pantai Biru (literally The Bridegroom of Blue Beach) is a 1983 film directed by Achmad Salim, produced by Ferry Angriawan, and starring Meriam Bellina and Sandro Tobing. It follows two castaways, children who grow up with one of their fathers but must fend for themselves after they are captured and deified by natives. Adapted from Henry De Vere Stacpoole's novel The Blue Lagoon, via the film of the same name, Pengantin Pantai Biru introduces several differences to the story.

Thank you I will check this out! Although probably out of FLM age range I am still interested, and I like the 1949 version for Jean Simmons even though she was older. I am especially grateful for the download link, so I don't have to search it out!
EDIT: The preteen children are present until the 22-minute mark, and the young couple's son appears for the last 10 minutes. So this definitely qualifies for FLM! The plot looks very similar so pffffffffft I don't need no stinking subtitles. The Wikipedia entry fills me in on the plot differences.
