You are still having eMule problems it seems, maybe LowID is the issue?
Anyway, it worked for me. Here is FLL's English subtitle:

I was also able to download ldieguez' AVI in the first post and am sharing it with HighID. I see I have successfully shared both files with someone already, so maybe that was you!

I am still sharing on eMule the file in the first post. There are also torrent versions available, and I know at least one of them was live a few weeks ago. Look for them.

Wow, that looks really great!! As HDTV I expected a watermark, but the picture is clean! It also has optional English or Russian subtitles. The only drawback is some static hum on the Japanese audio track. Thank you very much!
