I'm not sure there are any. You'd probably get good results running Whisper on the English dub audio.

Thank you relic, the subtitle genius awdrt123, and bloodhound1st for the video! Now I can watch it with the Canadian audio and still understand it. I am afraid that the English dub made me cringe.
