Ok, im getting thoroughly pissed off with splitters!!!!

Why should such a simple task be so bloody complicated??

First of all, thanks for the link Amadeus. It appears that the splitter is operational.

The problem is; half the films im trying to split right now are failing.
The prog cuts out the scene in a split second, and the scene becomes 4.01KB's and unplayable.

What in the hell am I doing wrong to make what should be a piss simple task so complicated?
