Don't we all
Im sure it's gonna be broadcast sometime soon, and if only I had reliable software to record from the screen. I've tried VLC, Windows native gamebar, OBS studio, TakeThis (or something), but sofar no joy.

What he doesn't like is dwarfed by what he doesn't know. Or vice versa. But....interesting affliction you have.

If the best recorder transmits it, it is the same smart tv that has a recorder option through usb (a last generation tv) and I remember that the first time they broadcast Innocence 2004 at Cinemax, use the most reliable recorder; VHS

I take a look in the public library and they have that movie, but sadly only on VHS. I have no VHS Recorder at home, so I can't play or copy that movie. I only have one person in my Family who can have a recorder, so I need to ask him. A analog Grabber I can use from my own build ambilight system from my Raspberry and I also found a Scart Adapter to connect the S-Vido cable. And at the end I need the Video..
So all that steps will take some time, but I will try my best to get it.

A similar case happened to me with Exit 1978 in which the movie was sold for 15 USD it was a VHS version actually converted to DVD but low quality
Going back to the topic in my country there are workshops or specialists can convert VHS to DVD or any digital video file only that can cost almost 50 USD. Do not know how it will be in your country?

I find some offers on the Web and it's not so expensive here... But I think it's also a question what quality you want at the end.
Anyway, by pure chance I stumbled across a video recorder at work today, which I can borrow without any problems. So I will give it a try.

If yes it would be mandatory many movies were released to DVD or bluray but it is time to settle for the old quality, luckily Ghost is a genius

Some bad news. I got the Info from the library, that the movie is missed and it was the only one, who listed it. I will try now another source, but I think it's the last one who I know and who I have the hope, to get it.
Update:
OK, I got the next bad feedback from another source. Sadly not available. I got only the information, that there was a DVD release available in the Netherlands as a special Box with other winners of "Golden Calf" (it's like the Oscar in the US). But no source to order that.
After some more Research i found a list of two University Libraries in the US, who have that one on DVD with english subs.
Duke University Libraries in Durham, NC and
Emory University in Atlanta, GA
Source:
https://www.worldcat.org/title/1000-ros ... 226#borrow
So if somone live there an have access to that librarys, it would be nice to ask for that movie there.
Update 2:
That's the collection:

Thanks for all the hard work you did in the research! Allow me to lend a hand of sorts.
First of all, the spelling is wrong, it's "
1000 rozen", note the Z instead of the S, which would be german. Also, note the lack of capitals, we would write 'rozen' instead of 'Rozen" because here, we only use capitals at a beginning of a sentence or title, or for an institute or person's name.
Usually we write numbers in words (even for titles, that is just puritan but we are snobs) , so '1000 rozen' would be translated in libraries as 'Duizend rozen'. Duizend being the dutch word for '1000' -
so there, try to look for '
Duizend rozen' in the Netherlands (not Belgium) - you might have more luck.
Thanks for the link to 'bol.com', which is the dutch (NOT belgian) equivalent of Amazon. The price of 120 € is a little steep for me. It's a large DVD box however..

The title on the box is "
1000 Rosen". Is that box from a release in a different language?
