Perhaps an upgrade may turn up from a rental for test purposes iso rip from one of our UK members?

Well spotted although sadly not available for rental.

I had considered purchasing the entire boxed set (without even noticing 'The Finishing Line' was on it) but this won't be happening for the forseeable future.

I commented on the good quality of the CG release in my post so it would seem reasonable to download from there if somebody wants it badly enough.
