? He could transcribe the dialogues of the film, it would be a first step to create the subtitles.
It's a shame to have this film in good quality without being able to fully enjoy it

Another possibility is that someone who really likes the film and wants to understand it better could learn how to use Whisper or ChatGPT to create subtitles the new AI way. That gives a larger number of people than just the Slovenians who like it and might be motivated to work on it!
Most members here strictly maintain their privacy and do not reveal their nationality. If they want to do so, that is fine also.

I advise you to use deepl it would be the best sub translator based on any language English Spanish French.
