I think more often in movies it is a 20-year-old actress playing 13, which is really annoying. 16 is at least close.

I am usually content with teen/coming of age movies as long as they're a bit more on the serious side, and if the actors do not obviously look 25+. 16 or so is alright, so I thank ghost and Night for sharing.
