From memory, and this was a looooooong time ago, Eene meene me mopel was a German kids TV series, it presented in parts and this was the part about Katerina and her father and some ghost type guy called William. "Das ist Katerina, und das is Katerina' vater, und das ist William". It was just the one scene. Unless I mixed this up with something else

Been looking for this one for a while. Finally found an episode on YT with William and Katerina - but it's not THAT episode. From the comments, others want more episodes, the uploader said he'd have a look for more VHS tapes on his parent's basement, so maybe, just maybe.
