But the quality is poor and the role of the girl is rather minor.
On the border with off-topic IMHO (could be moved or to Unlisted [Bulgaria], or to "Verified off-topic").

The girl is in much of the first 20 minutes of the film and her portrayal is crucial to the story. I winced in sympathetic pain, and later when she was in her bed.
