My question too. I have limited upload speed because of other people in my house so I'd prefer devoting most of it to FLM friends, but eMule always sets at least four download slots even at 11K and sometimes jumps to 7 or 8 if I raise the speed so nobody ever gets better than 4K or 5K.

Far better for two or three people to get a full download in a day than for 7 people to take a week each. Since I'm sharing some of the older releases (for instance all Madita episodes, Trollsyn, Is-Slottet, Sechs Richtige, etc.), the only way to alleviate some of the wait is to keep the queue small by removing as many files from sharing as possible and there are still people waiting 2 or 3 days to get the next chunk.

So, anyone, is there a way to limit the number of upload connections?

Another one that needs moving to Canada..........& the recent starfish release of this in the other Booky thread could do with moving here.
