Yes, there doesn't seem to be an IMDB page for this short.
It was directed by Eric Hurt, and starred Jon Cobb and Julia Kenner - couldn't find anything about it on IMDB/moviedb at all.
I'm currently sharing it on emule, just in case.

[REL] The Machinery of Dreams (2021) is ALSO directed by Eric Hurt, has Jon Cobb as "The Writer", and Julia Kenner as "The Maiden"! With that synchronicity of director / cast, I can only assume it is the same Julia Kenner 13 years older.

Probably she is another actress with same name.

No, I do not think so. Those exact same names (Eric Hurt, Jon Cobb, Julia Kenner) worked together 13 years earlier so my guess is they are all the same people. Julia Kenner played the little girl in "Daisy" and played "The Maiden" (a young woman) in "The Machinery of Dreams". I have to dig up ghost's Release of the 2021 film from a hard drive to compare how they look because I just don't remember. Of course it is POSSIBLE that directors named Eric Hurt just naturally work with actresses named Julia Kenner, but that is quite a coincidence!
