The fact this site is based in the Ukraine you are safe. Legally they could not shut it down, only block it from certain countries. This is easy to go around with a proxy.

I don't like drawing unwanted attention here whether it directly harms the site itself or not, it may harm those who are not taking care of themselves downloading these links. We can easily link to the DDL site in which they were found. Just my opinion and it is what I plan on doing. I seldom provide these links anyway so it doesn't really effect much.
