The way silverlight smooth streaming works is: if your connection speed drops for any reason, the stream will change to a lower bitrate/quality so that hiccups due to buffering are avoided. If you have massive bandwidth like yokodreamer obviously has, this stream change will never happen, so you'll get the best quality stream.
