Yes this is the avi one from AutoGK. I'm sharing it now, priority set to Release, can see 3 requests but none are accepted yet (only turned PC on 20 mins ago). Can anyone see it as a complete source yet?

A British newspaper were giving these away a few months back. Some have since turned up on ebay. The 1998 version is not on topic in the same way as the 1975 version.
