I found the same date - it would make her 14 (possibly 13) during filming, no big surprise. However I can't confirm it's the same Stéphanie Billat who was in this movie. As with the profile you found, there was no direct link to the role and no photos to look at. That certainly could be her. We can't be sure though.

Maybe there's an interview with director Max Pécas that mentions how old Stéphanie was during the shoot. This was actually the second of three movies he produced set in Saint-Tropez - all of which shared locations in common. The final entry is On se calme et on boit frais à Saint-Tropez (1987) featuring 15-16 yo beauty Leila Fréchet. I haven't watched the first in the series Les branchés à Saint-Tropez (1983) because it doesn't appear to be on topic. But Max really loved Saint-Tropez ... can't say I blame him!
