I remember only the last part of the film. There is a girl and a boy and they're trying to find either her mother or his mother. The girl is wearing a short black top and running around the whole town with the boy. Either a carnival or something was passing through the town at that time.
Funny part is that for absolutely no reason at all, the girl has her top unbuttoned for the whole scene and her bare chest is on full display.

It's not an English film
It has 2 teenage girls (I think 1 is like 12-13 yrs old.. The other a little older)
The father is divorced and is transgender
The 12-13 year old is on a sports team (Maybe soccer?)
The 12-13 year old also drinks at some point in the film (Also vomits from the alcohol if i remember correctly)
