That's the same page, in its original and English translated forms. None of the main cast names (either the translations or the original Cyrillic) brought up images of anyone who looked like this girl. Keep in mind she'd be in her early forties now. Just in case anyone manages to find an instagram account or something like that, she's not a kid anymore! Of course she's not one of the main cast members either. Her name may not even be on that list. Someone who speaks Russian would have an easier time of this search I think, since native Russian language sites are the only place you're likely to find more info.

That may have been my original source, it looks like the same disc. Rutracker is an excellent place to go for full DVDs of old movies.

This one has been sitting on my old external drive for a while now. My newer one is much better organized, the old one has stuff scattered everywhere so I literally don't know if something is there until I search for a specific title. On the other hand it is kind of a nice surprise when you see a movie that interests you and it turns out you've already got it.

This was made under the Soviet Union. Social satire or anything else that could possibly be interpreted as critical of the Communist system could land a director in the gulag. Surrealism was one way of disguising such things so unimaginative bureaucrats wouldn't see it. Maybe if we grew up under the Soviet state we'd understand this movie a little better. Or not. Like you say, could just be too much acid.

Actually this film reminds me a little of Le grand départ (1972) (https://www.first-loves.com/forums/view ... 13&t=11664), another movie that makes no sense. Total nonsense can still look very nice though.

I downloaded this movie from rutracker recently, but it is not converted to MKV with MakeMKV

Found also such versions on the net, of course the quality is not very good

That DVD seems to be the source of every other version. The video itself looks like someone privately screened the film and set up a camera to record it. The result is better than most sources of this type but still not great. I periodically try to find a better version. So far without any luck.
