NOTE: If you see the letters 'dab' in the files title it means that version is 'dubbed' in whatever language is noted [ie: CZ-Czech; RU-Russian, ect..]. In turn, if you see the letters 'tit' that means that file is 'subtitled'. Usually they're hard-coded, but sometimes [especially with larger files] you have the options to turn the subs on or off as well as having multiple languages..].

11-year-old Julia Boracco Braaten stars as Kim, a young girl who falls while rock climbing on her own, and ends up befriending a mother wolf and her pups. She embarks on a trip to save this little family when local shepherds hire a hunter to kill them.
This disc features the original Norwegian audio and subtitles in Norwegian and English.

You can always check which country a video is available here at https://polsy.org.uk/stuff/ytrestrict.cgi . It says the vid is available in Austria, Germany and Denmark.

Well, using that tool, it seems that video does exist, it is residing in the YT platform, but it is disallowed in 305 out of 196 countries It's even disallowed in mars, and far beyond.

Don't know what you mean by questionable. The quality is quite good for DVD. Unfortunately there is no HD version if that's what you're talking about - the movie's airing right now on Amazon Prime, when I saw it there I was hoping for 1080p but it's just the DVD in broadcast form.
