I was also kind of making fun of that commenter because they didn’t seem to understand that a 1080i HDTV capture doesn’t have to be *real* HD. It simply means it is the highest quality version capture from television (and not even a re-encode but the raw .TS stream). So I guess the tv channel that aired that version simply had a terrible copy or Settings.

Unfortunately not all uloz uploads are named properly or include a NFO with information (what the source was and what was done to the file). I’ve said it before: knowing the source of video files helps tremendously with keeping track which sources are better etc. (if something says AMZN.WEB-DL you can be 90% sure that you won’t get your hands on a higher quality version unless it’s released remastered again. Amazon will be superiors to iTunes and most tv channel streaming sites)

I found a 6GB WEB-DL on a polish torrent tracker. Maybe that’s a Real 1080p.

I will try to check today. When I looked at it yesterday, the 11GB DVD.AI.Up file looked really good although I could see some people say the image looks „too sharp“

Check that one out. From what I can tell, every 1080p format file is an upscale of the DVD. It would be nice if someone captured a true HD version off a streaming platform or something like that.

I can't finish downloading the 11GB versions; not enough seeders. If anyone managed to get them, please share. Thanks!
