I'm sorry to say that, but the videos were encoded with a framerate of 30 fps. So the movements are jerky again

You really never never never should change the original framerate of a video.

If it's still jittery (I haven't watched yet)...FYI this is on the new Blackpills app, 1st episode free. Subs optional.
Stream quality is too low on my old Android to cap. It plays in BlueStacks 5 emulator - smooth some, then choppy (if Sign Up crashes, make the account on another device or try APK v2021.4.10)

It also plays in Android TV for PC, but I don't have a compatible PC and it's choppy in VMware Fusion for Mac:
