The "other link" is actually just the same link reposted... using the new one will improve your download in the same way that pages load faster the harder you hit the F5 key, always works for me!

But I think you should double-check that you never got this file, it trickled in bit by bit until 2 1/2 months ago when it was complete and had a dozen full sources for a bit, you would have gotten it unless you had it stopped.
