Yeah, all parts processed together in something like WinRar will extract to the MKV.

I watched the film (The version was the 4 rars citronleaf posted on page 2) and the girl spoke English the entire time (I didn't hear her say a single word in german)
Also, most of the time when the girl spoke in the film, something was off (I don't know how to explain it but it just didn't sound like it was her actual voice..)
It was like the voice was dubbed

I read through this thread again. I am going to assume that Sue04 is correct. The version I shared, doesn't it have THREE audio tracks (German, English, Russian)? If so my guess is that the "German" is the multi-language original where the girl speaks German and the boy speaks English? (I don't have the file anymore.) And the English is a dub where the girl is dubbed. I don't see subtitles anywhere so the all-English version may be what you need anyway.
