How can I unlock it?
That was just a guess. I don't know the reason.
But if your ISP really is blocking Pixeldrain, your chances will be little.

Yeah, if they did block it
Only they have the power to unblock it (And probably the government)
It's out of your control

Ok, it seems I managed to access it thanks to the VPN, I used the American one.

I downloaded UrbanVPN directly from the official website, and I tried to access the US one first, then I went to the Pixeldrain site and it let me log in thanks to the VPN, the connection was a bit slow but it let me in, I shouldn't have any problems downloading for the pixeldrain links.

I am gobstopped but pleased my suggestion worked and seems to have been helpful. You made my day!
A Server in an unblocked country closer to you might be a bit faster. You can experiment. I really have experienced faster connection speeds using Servers in countries closer to me using a different VPN so maybe it will work with Urban too.

In fact, UrbanVPN is the only free site that can allow you to access private areas, I recommend it.

Unrelated to Caleyunior's problems, but related to Pixeldrain: are they having problems sending automated emails right now? I'm currently trying to open an account with them, but for some reason, I keep not getting the activation mail. And that's although I've put the entire pixeldrain.com domain on my whitelist.

Nevermind, seems to have been a problem on my mail provider's side.

I am sorry about that. I just created a disposable account to confirm it still works and I had no problem. It is possible it is a country restriction where your ISP or government blocks it... (?) Or your email is really strict and blocks even what you have whitelisted. Gmail will do annoying things like that, not listening to what I tell it. You don't want to use your real email address anyway, I hope.
I created a pixeldrain account using a disposable anonymous email address. I use this for most of my site signups. It generates a new email address every time you go there. If you keep track of the one you generated you can go back to it, but that defeats the purpose of the account being disposable. You can just delete your confirmation emails and never use that address again.

Pixeldrain only uses the email to confirm the Registration and then it is not needed. You have to keep track of your user name and password.

Oops just as I thought while I was signing up for pixeldrain again and typing my message.
