This is the 1949 film - unless someone cleans it up using AI or vReveal or something like that, an upgrade is very unlikely.

Everything out there appears to come from the same source. It's sometimes called a VHS Rip but I don't think it is - the line at the very bottom of the screen often occurred with pre-digital cable boxes, on certain channels more than others, and there's no rippling or distortion in the rest of the image. It looks to me like a capture card rip from an analog cable broadcast, not recorded at full resolution to save space. In the 1990's or early 2000's most likely.
There is no commercial DVD available and I doubt it's going to be anyone's priority to release on bluray (unless they put out a Blue Lagoon box set with every movie under that banner included).

This DVDrip exactly isn't full version. After 36:38 almost 2min. is missing.
