While I was waiting for the emule file to download I found a few SD sources:
480p English with optional English SDH captioning:

The subtitles I captured turned out to already be at opensubtitles.org, but eh whatever.
English subtitles & English SDH.
Versions with the TubiTV 23.976fps sync,
