Which version has better quality?
I don’t know yet but I usually prefer the bigger h264 encodes due to its compatibility and often the hevc ones are just Fanmade re-encodes at a small filesize/bitrate (even for hevc)
Have you tested them yet? If so, which one has better quality?

There was interest expressed for a 1080p encode with h264. A seeded encode is on rutracker:

7.86gb, subtitles in English and Russian, includes original audio and Russian VO of course.
