I had this shared originally for quite a while. Slow downloads from FLM are in part because you have not set up your eMule to best advantage.
1. Figure out how to make your LowID into a HighID. The difference is a HighID is connectable, other eMule clients can get through your firewall to start a transfer. If you have a LowID they need to wait for you to connect to them, which will happen every half hour or so, and if that user doesn't have an open upload slot at that moment you have to keep waiting. Big difference.
2. For FLM downloads, add "[FLM]" to the end of your username. Some clients give you a priority boost. Mine doesn't, but when I saw you downloading from me I added you as a friend with a friend slot and that makes a BIG difference. I probably saw you in my queue the first time around but never realized at the time you were a FLMer so I didn't friend you.
