Thanks! After comparing, it seems the youtube version is the same as the emule one, except that it's width seems stretched to fill the black space. On the plus side, the youtube version has sub, though it needs some alignment editing.

Note that the youtube subtitles are auto-generated, so they are of variable accuracy.
I did manage to complete the FLM file you were trying to get and am sharing it.
I am also trying to get some other versions found with an emule search.

It is also available on archive.org. I have reshared that file on emule, it has the same file name as the original post.
