Looks like someone just enlarged the previous version to crop out the logo (some of the picture is lost by zooming in). I looked for a DVD and it doesn't appear one ever existed. So made from the six previously posted files, not actually a DVDRip. The link Ghost found:

is a site run by the rightsholders and the files are DVD quality, probably mastered from the original film. If they have any intention of releasing a DVD or blu-ray set in the future I can't find it anywhere - wouldn't hold my breath but always a possibility. We'll probably get some subtitles (at least in Portuguese) to work with if they do.
