That post is NINE years old and links a site that ended last year! Ask for any quality 1080p BluRay rips rather than those, which no one has any way of verifying. Or search eMule for [Code] and you get these, which I have NOW VERIFIED:

Is this movie originally in English or German?

English, it's a Hollywood movie. Jodie Foster speaks French fluently, and can "get by" in German and a few others but her roles are almost entirely English. Martin Sheen aka Ramón Antonio Gerard Estevez I would assume also can speak Spanish but his roles are English.

Ghost is a very good source for German dubs.

Yes, the movie is from the US and Jodie is American. So the original is dubbed in English.
