I managed to download a full size version from eMule. There isn't much difference on my computer's monitor from the previously posted file, but it has a higher bitrate and looks better on my TV (which is 4K). For those who want it:

Still no subtitles though. I've been unable to locate anything for this movie. Even subs that fit the old VHS rip of the uncut version could be made to fit this one, but no luck.
