Access can import .CSV's. Not sure about .XL's.

You can, but if you want even more control you can export the Excel data to CSV and then import it in Access.

I'm not really familiar with Access, but I'm sure you will be able to find some tools to convert between the formats if you search online for something like "convert sqlite to access format". Or you could try converting the SQLite to an intermediary format such as CSV, and then importing the CSV into Access or Excel.

That's what I said. You can manipulate how a CSV is imported and even assign key fields while doing it. I haven't used MSAccess in years but I remember a few things about it. ;)
