mgray wrote: Thu Apr 03, 2025 7:06 am Theres one I remember. The boy is in love with a dark haired girl. He climbs to the top of the school and talks to her through some windows above the showers at least a couple of times and the movie starts with them skinny dipping together. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I think it was a love story.
I remember it PERFECTLY!!!! I just don't remember the NAME. ;) It is that French movie that is only available as a German-dubbed VHS, so it is shared with both French and German names. It has longtime popularity at FLM. Let me scroll through the France forum... Aha!
[REL] Mords Pas On t'Aime (Beiß nicht, man liebt dich) 1976
It was recently in the centre of the conversation because a member claimed he can transform it to 4K but it cost money, he shared some clips but none of the scenes mgray describes.

Thanks for your suggestion guava and let me be honest I love incest of course I don't have any feelings for my family members but suppose if my friend and her sister are close and having s** if I come to know about that I would just tell them "are you both happy?" If they say yes I would say "just chill then"
I think incest is beautiful and want to see more of its portrayal on screen

Not much point in that if it's quoted in numerous posts. lol

You didn't say anything wrong. I wouldn't worry about it.

Well now I am going to lose my mind searching for the other movie. I spent an hour last night looking through my harddrives but couldn't find it. I don't even remember where I got it from, but I don't think it was on here. It was one of those sites where you play one movie, then in the sidebar there's like 10 other movies that also look interesting. I downloaded a bunch of stuff and that was one of them. I will say im 100% confident it is after 2000 and fairly confident it is around or after 2010. I think it was a short rather than a full length film, and it begins with them swimming and it's the start of summer.

Just LET IT GO. :D Either it will come to you when you are not thinking about it, or someone else will remember.

Oh. That makes it far more difficult to find, or remember. Short films blend together or get buried under everything else.

OMG Afters MULTIPLE HOURS searching every single way I know how I finally typed "summer" into the shorts subforum and checked every result:

viewtopic.php?t=8991&f=130

Here it is! And, wow, I got it right on the dot, it was a 2010 film. I have no idea if I deleted it or what, but I was completely unable to find it on any device I own.

OP, I think this short is right up your alley based on your initial post requirements, but not sure if the emule file is actively shared or not, but here is a working vimeo link:

But you did not say it had anything to do with "summer"! Surely I would have guessed it had I known. ;)

I've seen it but don't remember the actual story, so I guess I'll check it out again.

My second post I did say it was "start of summer"
I think it was a short rather than a full length film, and it begins with them swimming and it's the start of summer.
The first post I did forget to mention it because I meant to say "the summer before they start high school" but I just said "they're shifting into young adults into high school" so yeah that was a wording error on my part. I had to go back and read it because I thought for sure I mentioned summer.

Its definitely an interesting short. Just hits a little close to home in some aspects and bums me out. I am just becoming too soft these days, I guess.

I watched but I didn't like it. Because the ending of the film wasn't for me. I don't know. -_-

:o You are right. I reread the first one but not the second. It would not have helped me remember it anyway! I downloaded the FLM ed2k version again because it is shared, and NOW I remember it and its downer of an ending. I think Holger made the right decision: he had enough to deal with already at home. Vilde can make her own choices. (I am deliberately avoiding spoilers.)
