cheers yeah but this one is from NRK, a norwegian tv channel and their web tv service, so not some random p2p file sharing file where you have no idea what's been done to it. It might be like itunes where sometimes the 1080p is an upscale (from what ive heard) and the real res is 480p or whatever, but who knows.

I'm not belittling it - its quality is better since it's bigger, even with some noise - and I forgot to say thanks for finding it. So, thanks!
