Always wild to me how free (privacy respecting) filehosts get targeted & ruined by this and LE goes after them while not doing anything about those paid „premium-only“ filehosts hosting terabytes of CSAM for years and actually profiting from abuse.

Probably this was an excuse to shut down a serial copyright infringer. Either someone finally uploaded a bunch of really illegal content they could use an an excuse, or it was a sting operation and the agency itself did the upload (perhaps not admitting to it).
