It's not an so unusual codec, this video has been enconded with AV1 codec, e.c. Youtube uses it for many 4K videos.but it's a unusual codec that will only play in a few video players...
?? Topaz isn't a video player. Just re-encode it with Handbrake or any other program to the H.264 codec....eg. Topaz.

I am a great fan of the DDLBase site because it downloads quickly and then I can recode it to a size that I actually want to keep. I am downloading this now and will gladly share my recode, perhaps later today or tomorrow.
