I downloaded your new version Ghost and there's some missing subtitles. I realised i had a 720p hard sub'd version on this that has some extra subtitles.

Opening the file in a text editor I see the Ferdi SRT has about 125 lines and yours has under 100. So it's definitely missing a lot of the lines of dialogue. I added 16 (or 17 seconds) to the Ferdi SRT and then it matched the timing in yours exactly. Your encode has that 16 or 17 second corporate logo at the begining that shifts the times that amount. So I would look to replace your copy. I haven't done a line-by-line compare though to see if there's any differences in the translation.

Differences are probably because those German parts
If you wish to compare then Notepad++ is one option to do it.
