On Sensitivecontent it gives the 2 girls names in the ot scene as Monique Kraamwinkel age 12 and Sacha Kraamwinkle age 10, so does that mean they were actually sisters in real life?

I don't think I'll be able to watch that scene in the same way again

possible that they are sisters as far as I've heard it's not supposed to be a film but a reportage

What are the odds of two Kraamwinkel girls almost the same age starring in the same movie by pure coincidence (no relation)?
This movie is a faux documentary. Unless you really think a reporter happened to be strolling through a girl's bedroom with his camera crew and documented her sexual play with her sister. Because that happens all the time.

In those years 70 there were many such reportage documentaries made.
All these movies were made for introductory purposes for young people to learn the first basics of love and do not make mistakes.
In those years there was no internet and such accessibility (only books)
Who has this good quality version of the movie [2,62 Гб], please share, thanks
I found only these versions of the movie, I couldn't find a better one.

I could not find anything better than what is here already, with these two seemingly the best choices:
Re: Rich_Visiting's eMule file here:

It is a German audio VHSrip with tracking issues trimmed and made LARGER to 1080p. It should be played back with Video Aspect Ratio of 4:3 because otherwise it is stretched wide.

Re: Walter's eMule file here:

It is a mostly English audio Something Weird Video VHSrip with tracking issues remaining and is 540p.

Bonmrmjp posted English subtitles for the German portion here:

Thank you very much Citronleaf for this documentary-reportage movie in such versions, I will choose the German version enlarged to 1080p

AI upscale of the "Something Weird" version to 1080p using Starlight Mini. English/German audio with the English subtitles for the German dialogue:
