I'd like to find the original Irish/English version if at all possible.. Any help would be appreciated.
Do you have the original title (or better, an imdb link) so I could search for it?

Is there a video downloader [preferably 'free', but willing to shell out for something that actually works] that can download the videos on this site? )
There is Mediathekview a Multi-Platform client that is specifically programmed to download from pretty much all the German-speaking public (free-to-air) television streaming sites.

Hey Dreamscape; thanks for checking in: All I have is what I posted. I made my post out of frustration at getting nowhere with my searching. I'm usually pretty good at tracking movies down with partial titles and thin descriptions, but I'm striking out with this one..

The search feature works petty good, so You can get all available episodes from a series in one go.
Thanks, VidGuy. The downloader has a very similar addy as the website Nausauda listed here; https://www.ardmediathek.de/. I wonder if they are connected somehow..
I'll give it a try. Thanks again!!

Got a question for you or any one that might recognize this short film:
...

The original title is "The Girl at the End of the Garden".
I searched the German synopsis, found the ArdMediathek link, played the video, and skipped ahead to the end credits.
I searched the two lead actresses and was given the name of the short.
Thank you VidGuy for the mediathekview reminder. Nasuada posted about it here: viewtopic.php?t=12988
I use either JDownloader2, or the command-line yt-dlp. Both are free.

The original title is "The Girl at the End of the Garden".
Oddly enough, THAT title DID come up in my searches. I checked it out on my phone and saw THIS synopsis on imdb:
It is a fantastical comedy for children. It riffs on Spielbergian stories like 'E.T.' and 'Stranger Things' but presents a more comedic take on similar material.
That, along with THIS picture:

Needless to say, I didn't search the title further....
Had I looked it up on my laptop, I would have seen the picture YOU posted [in your REQ thread] and had I scrolled down I would have read a fuller synopsis which was more in line with my translated synopsis posted in my OP here:
MANY SPOILERS IN SYNOPSIS! - Mod
Spoiler:
Lucy is an unruly, salt-of-the-earth girl living in Dublin city centre. Zed is a mysterious, dark-skinned girl who shows up in Lucy's garden full of crazy stories and unpredictable behaviour. Eventually, Zed tells Lucy her secret: Zed has run away from a government facility where she was being experimented on in order to give her superpowers. It's worked too; Zed seems able to move things with only the power of her mind. Lucy agrees to hide Zed in her house, keeping it a secret from her mother, but this proves difficult. Zed leaves a trail of chaos in her wake, leaving Lucy exasperated. And as government officials close in on Zed's location, things spin out of control. The truth finally comes out: Zed (full name, Zedaya) has actually run away from a direct-provision facility she lives in with her parents. She has no super-powers; it was just a magic trick, Although both girls must give up the comforting fantasy they've constructed to help them cope, their friendship helps them face the harsh realities of life together. —Rodney Lee
Geeze... Next time I'll work to be a bit more thorough.
Many thanks Night for d/loading the German virgin and pixialing it [Also in your REQ thread]!!

mediathekview is an open source project who fetching the content from all public tv stations like ARD, ZDF, Arte...
The Application for Desktop is a good and simple solution to download the stuff from the "Mediatheken".
If you didn't want to install an Application or it will not work or you didn't have your computer, you can use the page http://mediathekviewweb.de. Same project, but browserbased.

Hi Nasuada, I wanted to ask if you have access to these two German websites. There are two very rare German films that I'm looking for. I couldn't find them on torrent sites or anywhere else. Could you tell me where I can download them?
The first rare German film - when I searched, this was the only result on the filmfriend website - I can't register there or download it, maybe you have an account on this website or can tell me where else I can download this film, thanks
And the second rare German TV movie I'm looking for—when searching, there are practically no results, I couldn't find it on torrent either, it's only available on Amazon and ardplus.de, but without a premium subscription, it's impossible to download it. Maybe you have an account on this site or can tell me where else I can download it, thanks
