Apparently it could be but ...... the image does not have enough quality that you can hardly notice the skin coloured straps, in another image you can see the same girl from the back and another from the front and she does have her chest cover, I have seen many times this episode in which you can see that the producers are very careful at the moment of filming.

I get that it's associated with stripping, but when the stripping is removed I don't see the huge difference between it and dancing/gymnasts type routines. Most people can't mentally divorce it from that context, though, which I understand.
I know that pole dancing is separate from stripping dancing, but haters see it as inappropriate in the sense that for the practice she must wear little clothing, either for comfort or better unemployment, as this professional dancer can. https://gofile.io/d/zXgegc

The outfit has been discussed even in ballet rehearsals.

And I thought random dancing was exclusive to iCarly.
This is not dance moms, it's any school dance, the only difference is that we are the ones who judge the details.
Spoiler:

And to think that in a dance performance, embarrassing moments happen if girls wear skirts.

The moms all the time in the editing room were not going to allow it, but they did stop the fights among themselves.

Here is a dancer named Ruby Taylor dancing with her beloved Grinch. Little late for the Christmas season, but still. She briefly looks like she is going to give him a lapdance, so that probably counts as inappropriate, seeing as she looks to be about 10 or 11 here. Funny, though!

You can tell she's probably had a camera pointed at her from the moment she was born. Something I don't really envy about kids these days.
