I don't know about THIS movie: online shared files sometimes have incorrect descriptions of course.

But I do know that rated-vs-unrated differences are sometimes due to minor changes, such as how graphic the violence or how bright the blood is and not necessarily brand new scenes! We need a source that details the differences or someone here who is a "Power Movie Watcher", already memorized the original PG-13 version and will immediately notice any changes.
