I can just about guarantee you are right about that. That QR code is noxious. I don't know how to use QR codes, but following it to its source might reveal what nasty turd put it there. BUT THERE IS A DANGER that it could be placed there as malware so maybe DO NOT do that!

IF you can use a computer-wide VPN and not just a browser VPN, you can download geo-restricted videos using JDownloader2 if it is not Age-Restricted too or yt-dlp whether it is or not.

You can use either of those without a VPN if it is available in your region.

In my first glance at your screenshot I thought the girl had a freakishly large head. I had to look 3 times before I realized that there was another girl standing behind her and that you could not see her face.

I guess this is a browser plugin. I'd never use it if it gives me suspicious QR codes.
