The audio is distorted. There isn't much you can do. Just turn it down.

Oh what a cute segment. Ends at a perfectly funny moment! I'll definitely be interested in whatever comes out of tinkering on this file, though I understand not too much can be done to old VHSrips.

Here is my modified version in 720p. Don't expect miracles, but it's definitely an improvement.

Grateful for your time and work into this, ghost. I wasn't sure if this was going to be something I downloaded at first. I am not a stickler for higher resolutions videos, but sometimes there's just so much to choose from. But watching your clip and and skimming around the film on internet archive, this looks like a good one.
