They didn't even bother to take their own thumbnails(CineBox999 was a download blog), I'm sure it's no better than what you can find here.

As posted in the listing on the DVDbay site:
Partial 7 Minutes from the movie on DVD-R
You can probably burn to DVD-R the easily downloadable file for much less than $12, if you have access to a DVD burner.
DVDbay, DVDLady, the long gone DoktorFroyd -- all of them only provide normal low quality online copies burned to disk for movies that are unlikely to attract the attention of piracy police. Those disks are NOT official high quality releases, and are only for those who have not discovered sites like this that share the exact same files or better for FREE. Citronleaf's download links work. Take advantage of having discovered FLM!

So, I've now had a chance to play with the Starlight Mini model and the beach scene clip of this seemed a good place to start. I've upscaled it to 1080p, adding in some grain to make it look more natural and of its time (Starlight tends to produce a smooth image which looks unnatural when applied to older footage).
If anyone is interested, you can get it here:

Sadly, I don't think we are going to see the full movie any time soon.

Anna Juncker-Jensen, likely the intended person from the query (noted as "Anne" in some references), pursued advanced studies in biology without a publicly listed birth date in professional profiles. Her education includes a Cand. scient. in Biology from the University of Copenhagen (1998-2006) and postgraduate work at The Scripps Research Institute. A PhD student role at The Finsen Laboratory from 2007-2010 suggests she was born around the late 1970s or early 1980s, based on typical academic timelines.
Professional Background
She began her career with an M.Sc. project at the Danish Cancer Society (2003-2004), focusing on IGFBP-2 in breast cancer. Subsequent roles include postdoctoral research at The Scripps Research Institute (2010-2014) and senior scientist positions at NantBio and NeoGenomics Laboratories.
Notable Achievements
Anna holds a patent for "Compositions and Methods of Targeting Mutant K-Ras" issued in 2016. Currently, she serves as VP of Scientific Affairs at Discovery Life Sciences since July 2025. Native Danish speaker with fluency in English.

A remarkable woman, could it be the same person?

Entirely possible. Although trying to match a forty-something picture with the same person at age 10 is ... challenging, to say the least.

But all I get is 403 Forbidden even when I use a VPN connection based in Denmark. Anyone else have better luck?
That website works without a Danish IP but I don't see how this is gonna help much
