I don't know where YOU are, but here in the U.S. I used to order frequently from Amazon-Germany.
I found this German StudioCanal DVD with both German or Norwegian audio, and German subtitles:

Yes, but the picture quality of the DVD was pretty bad, so it wasn't worth to go higher than 720p.
