There is a French commercial for Rexona soap where the protagonist is a 15-16 year old teenager and it is the only OT commercial I have seen unless a body double was used but that is unlikely.

You can download that with Inspect Element->Network->Reload->Finding the biggest file(~4 MB)->Right clicking it and opening in new tab->Right clicking the screen/video and save as.
