Didn't you post the rutracker link for the remux?
A BD Remux (bdrx) is made by opening an .m2ts file from a bluray disc and saving it in .mkv format. That's it. There is no re-encoding involved, the streams are left untouched, you're simply repackaging them in a new container. So assuming people use the same disc as source material everyone's remuxes are identical and have the same stats as the full bluray.
Maybe if you run into a file that wasn't dubbed in Russian it'll be slightly smaller, because there's one less audio track present. Don't let that confuse you.
It's best if you open the .mpls file on mkvtoolnix since sometimes there are multiple m2ts files involved. Also .mpls contains the chapters file. You will lose it if you only open the .m2ts.

I remember watching this back in the late 90s on one of the french channels you were able to get on Sky analogue in the uk.

Can't be 100% sure but might have been Arte, but there were other channels too that i can't remember the name of.

Note: This version is not the same as the rutracker file, there is no Russian voiceover audio. It comes directly from the Japanese bluray release and features French audio with subs in English and Japanese.
