He also was codirector on the documentary "Hildegard Knef and Her Songs", although that one would be off-topic for FLM.

I was referring to those movies yet to see a bluray release. It's just Premiers désirs and Un été à Saint-Tropez now. Japanese culture is less uptight regarding these kinds of films which is probably why they've had no problem releasing them there. With any luck we'll eventually see those final two!

David Hamilton has a couple of old TV appearances from the 70's that might or might not be OT. Haven't been able to find them online though.

Oh, I thought you meant his complete filmography, period. On DVD Premiers désirs was released by the British and Dutch (and a U.S. edition by New Star Video that I have but don't see listed online). Un été à Saint-Tropez was DVD-released in the U.S. and France. Bilitis had one of its blu-ray releases this year in the U.S. So cultural norms be damned, I don't think we necessarily HAVE to go to Japan to get blu releases of the ones that need it. The Japanese do seem to be faster at it, though. I think it is mostly a matter of who owns the film rights and who wants to pay for restoring film elements that may have been poorly stored.

And they seem to have de-smoked it as much as possible. The air quality is a lot healthier for our young heroine and her dance studio friends than it was on the DVD!

For some reason this movie was only released in Japan and there is no listing on blu-ray.com. I stumbled onto a link to amazon.co.jp by accident, just last week - and the disc was released Oct. 5th. That's right. It took them 2 days to ship from Japan to the United States. Gotta love Japanese efficiency. I've waited three to six weeks for some of the movies I ordered from European amazon sites: they need to step up their game.

Alas, the disc didn't come with any special features like deleted or extended scenes (hey, a guy can always hope). The dialogue track is in English, which appears to be the language it was originally filmed in since the mouth movements match. I didn't include the Japanese subtitles. If anyone really wants them, PM me. Otherwise enjoy this surprise upgrade of an old classic!

Here are direct links for those who prefer that method or can't use eMule for whatever reason. All I ask is that if you're able to use eMule, please unrar to your shared folder and seed this for a while. Every source helps.

Can you please upload the remuxed mkv? I want to convert to x265 cropped. Thank you.

I'm not sure what you mean. What remuxed mkv? I released one bluray rip, and Ghost released a smaller version. They're both being shared. You should be able to get either one.

I mean if you have the disk can you upload the disk image file (.iso) ? Or the main movie title in mkv (not ripped).

Do you have a Usenet subscription by any chance? If you do, I already posted the full disc on the group alt.binaries.movies.thelostmovies.

I had a request for the Japanese subs that went with the blu-ray. If you want the original .sup file from the disc (the text looks nicer) download this:

If you want the .srt version just click on the attached file below.

I would love to have the full disc too. I don't have access to usenet so if you can post it to emule or torrent it would be appreciated.

I doubt @deadman wants to share 25-50GB on eMule. I get that Usenet requires a paid account and learning curve but it’s the best way to download large files at highest speeds (people have used almost all of their gigabit connection in the past, downloading a bluray in 30 seconds).

Maybe Mega or something. Getting usenet is not possible for me
