To make a movie...

Anyone know hot to make a movie? Without schools or stages...For example...tomorrow i wake up and decide to make a short...how i must move? At least how many much need for it? I've lot of, lot of, lot of ideas to make movies but i don't have the material actually...
Hi my friends i am Arthorius for friends Art...i wanna tell you a story a real story never tell before...
Long long time ago, at the end of the 90's i sent a script for a short to Cinecitta' in Rome to participating for a competition to new moviemaker where the winner will gain a stage with all material and money to make his movie/short. My hope was that will be like to judges but they've never reply me. After few months appears this on italian short competition...The title was the same...(1st case strange that another guy in italy was think the same title, this strange and unique title) and the story was a little bit changed (age of characters). It also listed at imdb
I've learn two things...
1) Never give a script for movies or shorts in the original copy without you've another copy to demonstrate that the movie is your...(my only pro i was young naive and inexperienced)
2) Don't trust to people that says "i bet in you" without a sign in a contract...
Yeah it's past long long time but my brain is a laboratory for movies...this was always my inclination...but i've never tried seriously.
Why i've tell you this story? Lol I was tidying my room and found some of my scripts when i was young concerning ideas for movies...One of this is a remake for Mrs/Madame Erzsebeth Bathory (write here some time ago in another thread)
And which you trust or not...some of my ideas was riproduced in movies...just 1/2 others still yet new ideas
I think will remain a Chimera! (if don't know what is a chimera...mmm the same of dream)
